It's hard to say...

When posting, I did a search to see if there were tiebreaker rules written down. I didn't find anything for wrestling, but found an article linked below claiming that there was no tiebreaker for MBB (other than for tournament seeding).

UNC is actually our 4th ACC loss in the last 6 seasons -- we lost twice in 2013-2014 (UVA and Pitt) before winning the tournament in a blowout. Also lost to NCSU last year.
